The short version

Endacopia is a single-player point-and-click puzzle adventure with psychological horror by AndyLand. You guide a young boy named Mellow, who has lost all his senses, through a surreal world that starts in a childlike edutainment style and turns unsettling. Your job is to explore, solve abstract puzzles, talk to strange characters, and try to find Mellow a place to call home.

This guide was checked against official sources on August 5, 2026 for the launch 1.0.6 line. The free demo (Steam AppID 4582420, also on itch.io) covers the opening house and the Clocky fight, about 20–40 minutes, and its progress does not carry into the full game.

First-run checklist

  1. Play with a keyboard and mouse — the game is built around point-and-click interactions and first-person punch/dodge combat.
  2. Explore in any order. After the prologue you recover three senses (Mouth, Eyes, Hands), and each can be tackled in the order you choose.
  3. Click everything that looks suspicious. Most stalls come from one missed hotspot, an unread dialogue line, or an item you forgot to re-examine.
  4. Talk to characters repeatedly. Several puzzles only open after you revisit a conversation.
  5. Use your inventory creatively. Tools, toys, gadgets, and "trash" can combine in non-obvious ways.
  6. Save often once Steam Cloud is enabled (added in patch 1.04).

The core loop

A typical section works like this: arrive in an area, scan for interactive objects, collect items, solve a puzzle or two, meet a character who may help or mislead you, and unlock the next route. Combat is light — you use Mellow's fists to block, dodge, and punch in short first-person sequences (the tutorial boss is a clock with razor claws called Clocky).

Early priorities

  • Don't rush the horror. The game eases you in. The opening bedroom and bathroom are a gentle tutorial for the click-and-examine mechanics.
  • Recover the three senses first. Mouth (Office), Eyes (Timesville), and Hands (Circus) each open a large chunk of the map. You can do them in any order.
  • Revisit rooms after a change. Many puzzles only activate after you bring information or an item back from somewhere else.
  • Expect the absurd. Solutions are often funny and non-intuitive — a plunger on a toilet, a coin fed to a wall bank, a scalpel "operation" minigame.

A safe first path

  1. Finish the prologue (bedroom → bathroom → Clocky).
  2. Reach the Green Hills hub and pick any of the three senses.
  3. Complete that sense's area, then return to Green Hills for the next.
  4. After all three senses, tackle the three major chapters in whatever order you prefer.
  5. When stuck, use the full walkthrough overview or the puzzle guides rather than brute-forcing.

The full walkthrough overview maps the whole game, and the endings guide explains the four main routes once you are close to the end.

What not to assume

Do not assume a streamer's route, an old demo summary, or a wiki guess matches your exact build. AndyLand shipped patches 1.01–1.06 within days of launch (dice crash, Boone/TV/vent softlocks, Steam Cloud, volume keys). Recheck a guide against the current version before trusting a precise step.
