Should you play the demo first?
Yes. The demo (Steam AppID 4582420) covers the opening house and the Clocky fight — about 20–40 minutes — and is a good read on whether the point-and-click horror style suits you. Note that demo progress does not carry into the full game.
Version note
AndyLand shipped patches 1.01–1.06 within days of launch (dice crash, Boone/TV/vent softlocks, Steam Cloud, volume keys). Play on 1.06+ for the most stable experience.
